Sheet pans are super versatile cookware pieces that can be used from homes to restaurants. Really useful especially when baking or cooking big batches for lots of people.
They are some of the most well-loved kitchen items, as well as being some of the dirtiest. And they can be a pain to clean.

Be careful though as this method can be too harsh for those sheet pans with non-stick coatings.
Maintaining clean sheet pans.
Once you’ve figured out which method works best for you and those dirty pans, you’ll have to maintain them so they stay clean. The easiest and simplest way to keep those presently clean pans is with the use of parchment paper or aluminum foil when you use them.
Make it a habit to do so when you cook. And don’t worry about seeing scratches and stains. That only means your pans are being put to good use, which also means the kitchen remains busy.
